Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Master’s degree from a reputed Indian and International Institute/ University. Preference will be given to Master’s Degree in Development Policy/ Public Policy/ Social Policy. Additional MBA degree (in entrepreneurship/ rural management / marketing/ finance) with the above Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Minimum 4 years of experience in Start-up related work like skills development, pre-incubation, incubation, funding, program planning and management, Program coordination, stakeholder management, program implementation, International project handling, out-reach activities, conducting and delivering training programs related to skill and enterprise development, proposal writing, Research Designing & report writing, Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Evaluation, communication skills, passion for the sector etc. Experience as an entrepreneur wherein the candidate has himself/herself created a start-up (successful or failed start-up) will be an added advantage.
