Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : M.Sc. in any branch of Natural Sciences with good academic record throughout. NET/GATE/DBT/ICMR qualified candidates will be preferred. Previous experience of working in neurobiology or development biology or biochemistry will be an added advantage.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :The JRF will assist in performing the large scale Drosophila genetics, biochemical experiments, preparing and processing samples for transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Rs. 25,000/- p.m. + 20% HRA (= Rs. 30,000/- consolidated). HRA will not be paid if the candidate obtains the hostel facility on campus. Non-NET or Non-GATE fellow will be paid a sum of Rs. 12,000/- per month + 20% HRA. The salary is non-negotiable.
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : M.Sc. in any branch of Life Science with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute.
